The house is a 2 min walk from a playground and a 5 minute walk to the Main Street (shops, bars and restaurants) and market area which opens daily from 8am-1pm. There is also a supermarket next to market.

It's a 5-10minute walk to a choice of beaches e.g. Cote Basque, the famous surfing beach and Grande Plage is just a stroll away. The area is a quiet residential area with parks 3 min walk away ideal for children
